Dr. DiNardo is a compassionate manual practitioner with extensive knowledge and experience in treating neuromusculoskeletal injuries. He graduated from York University with his Honours degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences while concurrently completing the Athletic Therapy (AT) Certificate program. After graduating from York, he continued his education by attending and graduating from the Ontario College of Health and Technology, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). He then continued his studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). In addition to his multiple disciplines, Dr. DiNardo also completed the Integrated Needling Course in order to expand his skillset to provide Western Medical Acupuncture to his patients.

Dr. DiNardo has worked in a variety of different rehab settings. From on-field athletic medical coverage, to multidiscplinary sports medicine facilities, to motor vehicle accident clinics he has seen and managed all kinds of athletic and non-athletic injuries and conditions.

He approaches his treatments in a unique way; by incorporating an all-encompassing treatment of the soft tissues, joints, and nerves to fully achieve his patient’s goals of decreased pain, increased mobility and improved strength/stability.  As a uniquely multi-disciplined health care professional, he focuses on improving both athletic performance and the quality of life for all patients.

Dr. Fowlie utilizes an individual and evidence-based approach to chiropractic focusing on specific needs for each patient. Using a combination of soft-tissue treatments, acupuncture, adjustments, rehab exercises, and electrical modalities allows him to optimize patient’s movement patterns and performance so they can get back to feeling their best.

Dr. Fowlie graduated from Western University receiving his Bachelor of Medical Science degree with an Honors Specialization in Physiology and Pharmacology before finishing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Dr. Monica Katarzynski is a skilled chiropractor with five years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Dr. Katarzynski holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences with Specialization from York University, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Dr. Katarzynski’s early years were marked by a dedicated pursuit in the sport of gymnastics, where she represented both Ontario and Canada at the national level, participating in numerous international competitions across the globe. Her extensive background in elite-level sport, coupled with her deep-seated passion for human movement has kept her engaged within the gymnastics community.

Dr. Katarzynski is passionate about sports injury rehabilitation and movement optimization which led her to complete additional certifications in Integrated Needling, Integrated Assessment, Integrated Patterning, and Strength and Conditioning Courses. This diverse set of qualifications underscores her commitment to delivering comprehensive and effective care in the field of chiropractic and sports injury management.

I have been a Physiotherapist at SWAT Health for 5 years. During this time, I have been incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Pajaczkowski as a co-worker, friend and mentor. His knowledge and guidance have provided me with invaluable resources that I integrate into my daily practice. I am so grateful to now have this amazing opportunity to be able to assist other practitioners and trainers with learning the tools to improve their assessments and treatment to optimize outcomes.

Olivia is a passionate and skilled Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT) who has dedicated the past seven plus years of her life to helping her patients recover, perform at their best, and overcome obstacles. Currently, she practices as a clinical therapist and serves as a manager at SWAT Health, a renowned healthcare facility specializing in sports therapy and performance optimization.

Throughout her career, Olivia has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of sports teams, showcasing her expertise and commitment to excellence. She has been an invaluable asset to teams such as the Mississauga Blues Senior Rugby Teams, Oakville’s Titan Lacrosse Team, Sheridan College’s Varsity Men’s Volleyball team, and Sheridan’s Varsity Women’s Soccer Team. Her exceptional skills in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement have earned her the respect and trust of both athletes and coaches.

Not only has Olivia excelled in team settings, but she has also managed significant pre-olympic & professional programs and events. For three years, she successfully led the Etobicoke Swim Club’s Strength & Conditioning Program, ensuring the athletes’ physical preparedness and overall performance. Additionally, Olivia has had the role of Head AT for OVO Bounce’s yearly professional basketball tournaments, managing the well-being of elite athletes competing at the highest level. In addition to holding a Honours Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences, Olivia has further enriched her education through a diverse range of certifications; demonstrating her commitment to expanding her knowledge and enhancing her skill set. She is certified in Active Release Techniques (ART) for Spine & Upper extremities, Neurodynamics, Personal Training, and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). 

In every aspect of her professional endeavors, Olivia’s unwavering commitment to blending the realms of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation has evolved into her true passion. The Integrated Assessment and Integrated Patterning protocols have therefore become an integral part of her daily practice to better her patients’ treatment outcomes. She hopes to provide more therapists with the tools to better their practice on and off the table.

Dr. Yannick Schultz is an Ottawa based chiropractor with a focus on movement and strength. He has a passion for fitness and bodybuilding. As a modern chiropractor he takes an innovative approach to care, blending chiropractic and rehabilitation with movement and exercise to maximize human performance and decrease pain. His goal is to empower you to take control of your health, understand your strengths and limitations and educate you on ways to live life without pain.

Including his doctorate, he has acquired various certifications and training in soft tissue manual therapy, rehabilitation and exercise therapy, functional movement, nutrition, neuro-functional acupuncture and mechanical diagnosis.

Daniel’s passion and experience with sports, exercise and his love for science made him pursue his career in the strength & conditioning industry studying exercise science at the post secondary level. His emphasis on evidence-based practices, strength training, longevity, injury prevention, and education is what made him fall perfectly in line with ISS.

Dan’s success as a Strength & Conditioning Coach/Rehabilitation Assistant comes from his ability to apply his theory-based education with practical experience, which allows him to work with a wide range of clientele from beginner to advanced, pro athletes, as well as injury rehabilitation patients.

Dan has been a Strength & Conditioning coach/Rehab Specialist for the past 5 years and is currently the Director of Training at SWAT Health.
