Dr. Jason Pajaczkowski

Dr. Pajaczkowski holds Baccalaureate degrees with Summa Cum Laude honors in Life Science from Queen’s University, Human Anatomy from the National University of Health Science, and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the National University of Health Science. He completed a two-year postdoctoral residency in sports medicine, a three-year postdoctoral course in orthopedic rehabilitation as well as a two-year program of study in acupuncture.
He has held positions with, lectured to, and consulted with multiple teams in the NHL, NBA, NFL, MLB, CFL, AFL and NFC, in addition to working with several Canadian Olympic programs. Dr. Pajaczkowski is also the personal doctor and S&C programmer for many professional athletes and celebrities across North America.
Dr. Pajaczkowski has authored chapters in and contributed to multiple sports medicine textbooks, as well as many articles in various peer-reviewed journals in addition to being a reviewer himself. He has been fortunate enough to lecture throughout North America and Europe at various scientific conferences in addition to teaching Integrated Seminar Series worldwide.

Dr. Thomas Lalonde

Dr. Thomas Lalonde is a Chiropractor with nearly a decade of experience in the Fitness/Rehab Industry. He holds a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion with honours from Humber college, a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours from Brock University, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
Dr. Lalonde has an extensive background in treating sport injuries, specifically specializing in Golf Performance Therapy. In 2021, he traveled with the Toronto Players Tour as their Head Therapist. He currently serves as the Head Therapist for the Quebec Open and Osprey Valley Open on the PGA TOUR Canada.
Throughout his education, Dr. Lalonde has spent time furthering his knowledge and is also Certified in Integrated Needling Acupuncture, Integrated Assessment + Integrated Patterning, Titleist Performance Institute, Active Release Technique as well as, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization. He has a passion for teaching and this goes hand in hand with his experience as the co-president of Rehab2Performance club at CMCC, lecturing on various topics regarding rehab and performance therapy.

Dr. Barr attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, and graduated with honours, in addition to several awards. Throughout her time at CMCC, Dr. Barr took pride in honing her physical examination, diagnostic and treatment skills. Further to this purpose, she has completed additional training in Integrate Needling, Integrated Assessment, Integrated Patterning, and Soft Tissue Release Techniques.

Dr. DiNardo has worked in a variety of different rehab settings. From on-field athletic medical coverage, to multidiscplinary sports medicine facilities, to motor vehicle accident clinics he has seen and managed all kinds of athletic and non-athletic injuries and conditions.
He approaches his treatments in a unique way; by incorporating an all-encompassing treatment of the soft tissues, joints, and nerves to fully achieve his patient’s goals of decreased pain, increased mobility and improved strength/stability. As a uniquely multi-disciplined health care professional, he focuses on improving both athletic performance and the quality of life for all patients.

Dr. Fowlie graduated from Western University receiving his Bachelor of Medical Science degree with an Honors Specialization in Physiology and Pharmacology before finishing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Dr. Katarzynski’s early years were marked by a dedicated pursuit in the sport of gymnastics, where she represented both Ontario and Canada at the national level, participating in numerous international competitions across the globe. Her extensive background in elite-level sport, coupled with her deep-seated passion for human movement has kept her engaged within the gymnastics community.
Dr. Katarzynski is passionate about sports injury rehabilitation and movement optimization which led her to complete additional certifications in Integrated Needling, Integrated Assessment, Integrated Patterning, and Strength and Conditioning Courses. This diverse set of qualifications underscores her commitment to delivering comprehensive and effective care in the field of chiropractic and sports injury management.

Throughout her career, Olivia has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of sports teams, showcasing her expertise and commitment to excellence. She has been an invaluable asset to teams such as the Mississauga Blues Senior Rugby Teams, Oakville’s Titan Lacrosse Team, Sheridan College’s Varsity Men’s Volleyball team, and Sheridan’s Varsity Women’s Soccer Team. Her exceptional skills in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement have earned her the respect and trust of both athletes and coaches.
Not only has Olivia excelled in team settings, but she has also managed significant pre-olympic & professional programs and events. For three years, she successfully led the Etobicoke Swim Club’s Strength & Conditioning Program, ensuring the athletes’ physical preparedness and overall performance. Additionally, Olivia has had the role of Head AT for OVO Bounce’s yearly professional basketball tournaments, managing the well-being of elite athletes competing at the highest level. In addition to holding a Honours Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences, Olivia has further enriched her education through a diverse range of certifications; demonstrating her commitment to expanding her knowledge and enhancing her skill set. She is certified in Active Release Techniques (ART) for Spine & Upper extremities, Neurodynamics, Personal Training, and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC).
In every aspect of her professional endeavors, Olivia’s unwavering commitment to blending the realms of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation has evolved into her true passion. The Integrated Assessment and Integrated Patterning protocols have therefore become an integral part of her daily practice to better her patients’ treatment outcomes. She hopes to provide more therapists with the tools to better their practice on and off the table.

Dan’s success as a Strength & Conditioning Coach/Rehabilitation Assistant comes from his ability to apply his theory-based education with practical experience, which allows him to work with a wide range of clientele from beginner to advanced, pro athletes, as well as injury rehabilitation patients.
Dan has been a Strength & Conditioning coach/Rehab Specialist for the past 5 years and is currently the Director of Training at SWAT Health.
